Appendix. Contemporary speckled calf, gilt line borders, gilt panelled back, gilt morocco label, gilt inner dentelles. A vg copy, internally clean and bright. A most interesting account of a white man's experience as a slave. It was at first believed that Adams' story was not true but after this story was checked by Banks, Barrow et. al, it was then considered as a factual account. The British Consul at Magadore who ransomed Adams also later confirmed the stock.
